My trip to Turkey, July 2003

Great trip in Turkey! Loving friends, beautiful sea and a girl who stole my heart. Between C,anakkale and Istanbul (the cities I have visited), I would prefer the first one.

Romanian words probable of turkish (greek?) origin:

ciorba (c,orba), ceai (c,ai), s,apca (s,apka), pilaf (pilav), portocala (portakal), caisa (caisa), vis,ine (vis,ne), para (para) and many more.

Favorite food: iskender kebap.

Favorite music: Yildiz Tilbe – “Yuru anca gidersin” and Hakan Peker – “As,k bana lazim” - if these are the correct names.
